You must be at least 21 years old, or 18 years old with a valid California Medical Marijuana Recommendation, to access the Site or purchase products from MMCA. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Misrepresenting your age is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.
MMCA is a licensed California cannabis retailer operating in compliance with the California Department of Cannabis Control and El Dorado County regulations. Cannabis products sold by MMCA are intended for use in accordance with applicable state and local law. Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability through our online menu (powered by Dutchie) and at our retail location. However, we do not warrant that information is always accurate, complete, or current. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders placed through our online menu must be picked up at our Cameron Park location by the customer who placed the order, with valid government-issued ID. Orders are not confirmed until verified in person at pickup. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We accept cash payments. An ATM is available at our Cameron Park location. All prices on our menu are tax-inclusive.
Due to the nature of cannabis products and California Department of Cannabis Control regulations, all sales are generally final. If a product is defective, please contact us or return to the store within a reasonable time with your receipt and the original product, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the MMCA name — is owned by MMCA or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Dorado County, California.
